It's good for pet food supplies and the staff are nice and quite knowledgeable. Seems a bit cheaper than pets at home too and isn't really any more expensive than b&m for common brands.

The only fault with the place is it feels like it takes an eternity at the tills between people faffing about and wanting a chat and the cashiers asking if you're in the pet club.
Can't really blame the staff for the pet club thing though, they're only doing what the company has asked.

I can't rate Jolleys high enough been a customer for several years now and never had a problem, great products great service! I have to thank Donna for helping me so much with all my questions on swapping to K9 dog food, she was amazing! Great pet supplies shop, they always have plenty of stock and some items you won't find at the larger retailers. Plus their own brand cat litter is great. Knowledgeable and helpful staff every time I've visited too.

Good choice of pet products and food, pleasant staff and they support local animal charities (Stoke branch supporting Animal lifeline just now)
