The sign in the window says they open 7am on a Thursday, but at 8:15 the shutters are still down and they’ve not opened. For a convenience store, their erratic hours are very inconvenient! It would be helpful if the hours in the window and listed online were somewhat more accurate

Wish I could give negative stars. Very rude and judgemental. Went to pick up a Yodel parcel, tried to buy a snack that was less than a pound so was told that card payment would not be possible and I would have to spend more to do a card payment. As I didn't have any cash I decided to just leave the snack, but this was met with hostility and the store clerk said "so you've come in here and you're not supporting the local business, other people pay when they come and pick up a parcel". She then rudely threw my parcel at me. I waited to see if there was any receipt however she sneered and dismissed me. I am a working professional and do not appreciate the disrespect, especially as I did not do anything to provoke this.

The signs for opening times are lies - the amount of times I've arrived when I should to have to stand and wait for another ten, twenty minutes, is ridiculous. Advertise actual opening hours, for goodness sake. Currently 8:20am, shutters still down, nobody here. So annoying. They changed their hours recently to an hour later, presumably because of all the terrible reviews coming in. Just walk the extra 3 minutes to Sainsbury's, because they still can't open at 8am either. It's not supporting local, but this convenience store doesn't deserve custom if it can't be bothered to open on time for regular workers in the area. I've just brought 4 potential customers with me to Sainsbury's and now we've got what we wanted and can carry on with our day 🙂

Lovely little shop. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Perfect when you’re missing that odd thing. Collected many parcels here and never had any issues. Always easy to pick up. Just in general great shop.

Our lovely little corner shop, always open to rescue me when I run out of almost all supplies. The family who own and run it are really so lovley. They do brilliant job of running the shop, making sure it is well stocked - far more than just a parcel drop and collect service.

Terrible for Yodel parcels collection! They sent all what I received back to the sellers within ten calendar days of collection, and I’m contacting Yodel to cancel this place as it’s so unfriendly to Yodel’s customers.
