I can't recommend this place enough, I mean that genuinely...
I have had fish and chips there three times now, which were excellent, especially the fish. My Son had their burger and was very impressed.
The service is (and has been each and every time) excellent and the atmosphere is very warm, inclusive and welcoming.
So far, my experiences here have been excellent and consistent - keep it up...?

Ordered 3 pizzas , an hour and a half later said delivered which it wasn't. Called and said 15 minutes as they were busy and another 35 minutes later we gave up and I drove to find the delivery man and collected the food myself. To wait over 2 hours for three pizzas is mad would have been better off driving into Ludlow and picking one up and driving back with less time.

Very poor quality food.
Stale overcooked fish, and overcooked chips with lots of scrappy pieces in them.
Suspect that it was all reheated from lunchtime.
No excuse for serving fish that is far from fresh.

First time having a delivery. What can I say food arrived promptly and was hot. Wife had fish and chips was really tasty and hot. My son had sausage kids meal which includes a jumbo sausage and drink great value imo. I had a chargrilled kebab was really nice good amount of salad and sauce. Would highly recommend them.

Shocking service, ordered food for delivery, it turned up cold and inedible. Unable to get a refund without returning the food to the shop.

Food was delicious, quick delivery and friendly delivery driver. Will be ordering again.
