It's a co-op, nothing out of ordinary. One of the staff members (younger girl with long hair) is a little overbearing on the self checkouts. She was practically on my shoulder watching me and going to touch the screen as I did. I hadn't asked for her help so was a bit perplexed why she started "helping", infact it made me feel rushed. There is a fine balance between being helpful and being annoying. The balance wasn't struck on that occasion.

Card only self service tills are a nuisance and having to ask staff to pay cash is nonsense, particularly when busy. Should have at least one allowing cash. As the customer it should be my choice how to pay especially if I am buying 1 or 2 items only.

Nice Co-op shop that sells excellent Somerset brie and Sheppy's cider. Very convenient and friendly. Just be warned if you visit at school start and end times of day the car park and main road are rammed full of parents and their spawn.

Tills never open. Self service tills don’t work efficiently, rude staff, today I was told that the machines always play up when you’re messing around with the bags! I was just trying to put the shopping in bag in a very limited space. I was then told “you know you have to pay for the bags”, yes, I do know that the option for how many bags you have used comes up at the end before payment. I did not appreciate the implication that I wasn’t intending to pay, I am not a thief. I went in the shop in a good mood and came out feeling extremely irritated.

I was sitting at home when I decided I fancied a pizza so I got up stole mums money because I am broke walled to the coop just to find out I needed to sell my left kidney to afford it so I left coop walked home mum found out that I had taken her money so I got the belt ? (I couldn't sit for 10 hours) never going back to coop

Smallish store and not the cheapest but the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a good store for top up shopping. Excellent parking.
