Having real issues with returning an Evri parcel. My husband took parcel in, he refused to scan it and told him to put it in box. He gave us a card with an Evri parcel shop code on it, but this is for someone else's parcel from 2 days before. The parcel is now lost and we have no proof of posting. He has been rude and unhelpful and claims Evri are at fault. Do not use. Wish I'd read these reviews before.

Shop owner is very bad person no respect to the customer. I went to collect my package come from SHEIN. He shouting me very badly. He told me without checking anything. He said no packages came. But already I seen my parcel with them. I told him it’s here he was very aggressive and give the parcel to me. He is a very rude. He is a monkey and donkey.
Don’t put your parcel on this bad customer service shop. Please report to council and off-licence shop authorities

Had a return for amazon, had to request a receipt after he asked me if I was waiting for the rain to stop! Was pretty sure the £50 package wasn't scanned , it wasn't, have to wait 14 day's now for Amazon to sort out the refund.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR RETURNS.

Don’t bother using this store for Evri deliveries. Have been trying to find a way to make a complaint with Evri but can only get through to an online bot. The man in store is incredibly rude and does not want to help at all. I had an Evri parcel to send, which needed a label printing, which it says online that this store provides. Waited behind the counter for a few moments to be completely ignored, then asked about dropping off my parcel to be told to go around the corner and drop it in a pile, I walked around expecting to find another member of staff who may scan the QR code for me, but no one there. Walked back to the front to ask again about label printing to be told “do as your told and put it in the pile like I’ve already said”
Not sure how a parcel with no label is going to find its way anywhere without having the information from the QR code needed from my phone.
It’s a shame as this is the only Evri parcelshop in Clevedon, and it puts me off using them entirely. Will be driving to Portishead from now on.

Avoid this shop particularly for Evri parcels! The owner is incredibly rude and aggressive. He pretends the scanner is broken when he can't be bothered to deal with parcels and this evening I was shouted at for bringing a parcel in after his apparent 9am-6pm parcel hours which I had no idea about. Despite the shop still being open and empty and me already being there with my parcel he would not serve me. No idea why he bothers being a parcel shop when he clearly hates dealing with parcels. Disgusting and disrepectful man, doesn't even deserve 1 star.

The shop owner could do with a lesson in customer services. Went it just after 7pm to collect a parcel and I was told to come back between 9 and 6pm which for someone working in Bristol is not that convenient. A pile of parcels was placed about 2ft away from where he was sat so I don't understand why he could not just look for it then.

My daughter went in the next day to collect the parcel and was told it was not in store even though it states it’s been delivered on the app.

Next day my daughter tried to collect again and was told come back 30 mins later as it was around school time even though only 1 other customer was in the store and was not even at the checkout.

Hoping forth time lucky!

Fantastic service and always with a smile. I am a frequent visitor posting via Evri. They have a very good set up. First class service
