We camped in Church Stretton for a few days and nipped to this co op both days. On both days we were warmly greeted and served by Phil who was so welcoming and took the time to chat and give us recommendations on where to go in the area. He had such a warm, lovely manner and we just wanted to leave a review to give credit and say thank you. So thanks Phil, it's greatly appreciated ☺️?

Rude & unhelpful lady with long grey hair on the self service tills, customer service needs serious work. Short haired lady on the checkout couldn't have been nicer & more helpful however.

Went in about 9.45am or so on Tuesday morning. Mostly a good experience. Only went in for a couple of things, had what I wanted so was pleased,though a little expensive. BUT...the woman on the till (older woman,short fair hair) was the most obnoxious,rude person I think I have ever dealt with. She didn't say a thing to me, even though I said good morning to her. She never made eye contact or even looked in my direction,even as she passed the receipts to me, she could only bring herself to say thank you at the end of the transaction most dismissively. I dont know what her problem was but as someone who has worked in customer service in various roles through my life...you dont take it out on customers. This woman really needs some training in customer service. I wish I had gone to the other till as the man on there seemed to be chatty and friendly, instead I left thinking " i'm not going back in there again"!

They have been very good for the past 2 years, the club card gets alot of the prices down, and alot of the staff are very nice (Phil in particular) ?

Always a pleasure to visit lovely fresh products and the staff are always helpful. The deli counter has a wide range of wonderful products too

Somehow they have mixed the fillings for spring rolls and Samosas. Which could kill someone as they are not labelled correctly.

Self service machines are terrible and barely work.

Also potluck if milk you purchase here is safe for consumption. Found multiple bottles with broken seals and a large puddle of milk. Staff do not grasp the risks of selling products with broken seals either.
