Did not receive my item, poor communication and still awaiting a refund..would not recommend.

Edit. I did NOT recieve any emails stating a replacement or refund was an option. I had 1 response from Sue stating royal mail would be contacted and no response for 4 days and a further 4 days when i chased up. I asked for a refund and still no response. Not reliable. Lying about recieving emails. I will not be using you again.

After Royal mail lost my first order and many emails this shop went out of their way to make things right.
I would recommend this shop to anyone.
