I would love to give this shop a higher rating, because the layout and shop appearance has improved since the new manager started, but unfortunately I cannot. Upon visiting, the shop stunk of incense, giving both myself and my companion a headache which meant we had to leave. There is one particular volunteer who is rude and presents as highly patronising to women. They have started to see more fresh stock go out and donations no longer litter the shop floor, which is good, but many of the clothes items I saw were stained or had bobbles on them. Honestly I am very disappointed.

Good selection of clothes, jewellery, belts, scarfs, furniture, books, and more. Nice area so there are some good quality items too. There is a single changing area to try on clothes which is very welcome in a charity shop. I've found some great items in here and it's my favourite charity shop in Chorlton.

This place is very cool and great that it's a charity shop. The staff are very friendly and will help whenever they are required. The only downside to shopping here is that prices are not what you would expect from a charity shop rather they are on par with other high street retailers, not sure how to feel about that since most of what is being sold is second hand

Friendly staff with great prices on clothing and other secons hand furniture and essentials, the only down fall is the place is somewhat understaffed, had to wait 5 minutes at reception to make my purchase. Other than that, cosy, warm and friendly place to stop by and take a look.

They downplay your generous donations. Don't bother donating your previously loved belongings to them.

Good selection of items. Mainly household. Some areas poorly displayed/laid out, (Vinyl, Books).
But worth a look around.
