this has been my 3rd year of placing orders through emblematic. I find the website very easy to work through. Details, information and order process is easy to find and complete. delivery was also spot on, no issues with any orders even when needing to exchange a size. When we went to store they didn’t have blazer in my daughter’s size. When ordered they told us ten days. The week before school started we rang as still no blazer told they had a delivery that day and the new year sevens were prioritised so should hopefully be in that delivery it wasn’t. My partner rang today to be told it still hasn’t been dispatched they gave him another number too ring who seemed clueless as to why he was ringing told him to ring Bedlington store! Absolute joke if any other businesses were run like this they would be bankrupt.

I have waited 4 weeks for uniform delivery. When checking still saying processing
Been to a company today as I found out they kept them in stocks. Got everything I have been waiting for the past 4 weeks today over counter. Now I am trying to cancel and get refund. No reply

Pains me to have to give one star. Rang up to query where my order was (after having been completely ignored sending the query on their online form) baring in mind, my order was now placed 8 weeks ago. No hello, or sorry for your wait - (over an hour to get through) I actually had to say hello, is that emblematic? Spoke to someone called jade who kept talking over me and interrupting me, her attitude was appalling all I said was I’m sure you can understand my frustration when your timeframe was 28 days - and guaranteed delivery before back to school starts aslong as you place your order before 21st July- mine was placed on 10th july (it’s now nearly September). Jade definitely requires some training in customer service - she has none. Awful experience and will never use the company again!!!

I've been waiting 9 weeks on uniform now and still nothing which is ridiculous in itself. When you email for an update you get an automated email and no actual replay and don't bother phoning the customer service is abysmal.
