Really smashing local news and vape shop . I collect my Amazon parcels from them, and they are very patient and kind. One of the few newsagents left in the centre of Chester.

When I accidentally left my phone behind, for anyone to take, instead of just keeping it (where none would be the wiser) they kept it in a safe place and told us where to go immediately when we called! Brilliant people

Asked the guy a simple question about a Paypoint as displayed, he didn't even turn around or make eye contact, very rude & said "we are not doing that today" ? Will not be going there again or buying anything, very arrogant .......

Bought 20 cigarettes from here today,left shop and noticed packet was not sealed and 2 cigarettes missing! did not go back as had previous issues with this shop.Not good and wont use again!
