My recent visit at Station News, left much to be desired. The individual in charge exhibited a regrettable demeanor—rude, indifferent, and unmistakably resentful towards the parcel delivery and collection service. His evident lack of friendliness and courtesy underscored his unsuitability for a customer service role.

Regrettably, this is not an isolated incident; each visit has been tarnished by his discourteous behavior and reluctance to assist. While I've attempted to steer clear of this establishment, circumstances sometimes leave me with no alternative.

It is my belief that there should be a rotational approach to staffing at this establishment, introducing individuals genuinely committed to serving the public with enthusiasm. My one-star rating, the minimum available, seems like a lot to me and insulting to those who really have it.

Wish I could give 0 stars.
Rude, unpleasant staff that would ignore you, specially if coming for parcels.
Wish I could give 0 stars to the rudest and disrespectful staff I've ever met.

Excellent for parcel drop-offs, as you can print the labels in-store. Usually staff (at other businesses) see this as a burden to process, but the staff here are extremely helpful & professional. Best convenience store in Chester.

Went in for 2 bottles of water, about to pay with debit card and was told couldn’t do this as purchase was less than £3:00
Told them that this was ridiculous and walked out minus water.
I’ve been in smaller independent stores & paid less with my card
