Needed a UPS parcel to be dlivered here so I could pick it up in the evening. Went at 9.30, was served quicky and politely by a member of staff. No issues whatsoever.

Nice well presented clean store inside. The staff were helpful and friendly. There were plenty of options for different drinks and snacks and the shelves were well stocked. There was a smaller selection of food and pet essentials which makes it a nice placed local store which is well priced.

Came in yesterday to collect a parcel, got told they could do it and come back tomorrow when the lady is in. Well I'm here now 10am, shutters down, no sign of anyone.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR UPS PARCEL HERE! THE STORE LOST MY PARCEL. I then went in to question this and they said the manager would call me. Guess what.... no phone call. Useless.

This store is abysmal. Unfriendly staff and do not know one whisky from another.i don't think that the front window as ever been cleaned they never have any change.
