Bought a lovely bracelet for my sister on Monday and gave it to her as a gift on Tuesday when I returned from my break, only for the bracelet to break as my sister was trying it on.
Have emailed and phoned the details on the card I was given but have had no response from either.
Very disappointed service and for that reason I would not recomnend even though there were lovely items in the shop.

Absolutely stunning gallery works. Paul is a true artist who clearly is passionate about his work and took the time to explain some of his unusual pieces to us. The jewellery is beautiful and intricate, I purchased a couple pieces as I was gifted some a year ago and they last well and wear beautifully. Highly recommend.

The bloke on the shop is a delight. He tries his very best to advise on purchases and is extremely helpful! The items in shop are beautiful too which makes deciding on what to buy a difficult task.

Outstanding art and jewellery and brilliant service from Paul. Definitely a place to visit in the Cheddar Gorge. Purchased the lion head print (a painting of the gorge) and it is amazing quality.

One of my favourite gift shops ever .Wendy and Paul who own it are the most friendliest people we have ever come across who run a shop .had the most beautiful vases from there pictures and lots of fab jewellery .we are made so welcome every time we go there and even our granddaughter wants to go there every time we visit our caravan .a must visit when you go to cheddar .love Sharon and Richard x
