One would expect that instructing a firm of solicitors means receiving a decent standard of service. Having previously instructed another solicitor, I was under no illusion that the process would be quick. However, the communication at this firm is virtually non-existent.

The male trainee in particular should understand that communication is essential; hiding behind a computer screen and providing misleading information is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

If this is how clients are treated on a No Win No Fee claim, one can only imagine the level of service provided if you were actually paying. This business clearly does not understand the value of repeat clients if the service was of a good standard, it could lead to future instructions and new clientele through recommendations.

I accept that I did not carry out enough due diligence before instructing this firm, but rest assured I have now shared my experience with the local community. I strongly advise others to avoid them.

Action Against Police. 9 codes of conduct broken, human rights violations, no legal council, no phone.call, no medication or medical.assistemce for 20hrs and then left out with no further changes on an allegation made.over the phone, malicious.communications. They asked me to send details and then asked.for 1 day to read 4 messages. This firm still need 3 days.to.decide if this is worth their while. This is why so many people die in police custody. Police break the rules and solicitors won't even represent you for the crimes committed by police.

Police locked my American Akita Dog inside a hot house with no water.or food for 202hrs and denied me a phone.call to have him cared for. Niiiice Cris Rudd
