We went to this shop today and I must say the two women serving in there were not exactly welcoming.There was no good morning, no smile and not even a thank you when we bought some items. We won't be returning there.

Their food is excellent and really tasty. It's also such a convenient way of serving up a meal for guests. The downside is the cost which they've recently hiked. A favourite 300g Chicken ham & leek pie costs £5.50. M&S charge the same, but you get nearly twice as much at 550g. I'd use Cook more if the prices were sensible.

I ordered the Christmas veggie meal and unfortunately some of the items weren't available but when I rang cheam the manager was amazing. She rang when the stock was in, arranged the delivery and couldn't have been more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this branch
