I had my car serviced and MOT'd today. It was a great experience from start to finish, which is not always the case for a lone female car owner. They booked me in quickly, listened to an issue the car was having (and resolved it as part of the service) and when I was five minutes late for the pick up had waited for me. The instructions were clear on pick up time and I knew if I hadn't made it the car would have been safely locked up until morning. The price was extremely competitive and I would feel happy recommending to others.

The car was really well presented and exactly as the web description and the pictures were bang on for the vehicle.

The team were really friendly and the car taken prior to picking up the car was great with a full service and MOT.

Dropped my car for oil change and oil filter, specifically mentioned don't want any other work to be done on car. Few hours later went to collect extra charged for spark plugs, told was needed to be replaced due to mileage.
Without even calling to inform me is recommended, ask if I want or if I have the money.
Also putting down on invoice screenwash when said ive topped up myself before dropping the car their reply "we just tick it as a routine "
From my experience with this garage don't recommend using their services for lack of communication n transparency

Could have been better if I'm totally honest. Bought a car a couple years ago, and engine management light came on on the drive home. Was assured it was due to a sensor they'd ordered, but hasn't came in. Was told as soon as it comes in, they will fit it free of charge. This has never materialised. Also had to take the car back more than once for a squeaking suspension arm part, which was apparently fixed (on the last day of warranty, cos it apparently couldn't be heard on 1st visit to sort it) After they said they'd fixed it on the second journey back over to them, I had to pay to get it done elsewhere as it was still squeaking, and an expensive fix, so I doubt it was actually done. I know I'd be charged full price to get it done properly, and be sat all day in goole for the privilege, so made no sense going back. To this day, no word of this 'back ordered sensor'. Don't walk in blind if looking to buy is all I'm saying. Having to drive back n forth to them when you don't live locally is costly and very time consuming
