I was looking for a website designer to replace our running club website. I researched some websites that met my criteria of being local, as I wanted a personal point of contact. I contacted three businesses, Thrive Digital being one of them. One simply gave a cost quote and suggested calling back if interested. The other seemed keener on designing their way rather than listening to my requirements.
My first contact with Gaby, at her suggestion, was a Zoom call, establishing a personal contact from the onset. She had already researched our present site and then listened to my requirements. She sent a professional looking Proposal of Services with recommendations, strategy and costs. The costs were competitive with others I had received.
The plan was for me to provide the content and menu structure. Once the project commenced there was constant communication with Gaby, who responded promptly to my requests and provided good advice when needed. I was very pleased with the early draft design and her creative skills. From that point it was simply a case of refining the design and content to suit, with Gaby being very patient with my many suggested changes as the site took shape.
The outcome was a professional, modern, fresh, easy to navigate website for pc, tablet or mobile, which has delighted club members.
