This is the most beautiful bridal boutique I’ve ever visited. The selection of bridal gowns are breath taking and it makes you want to take more than one! Carly made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. I am absolutely in love with my dress! It’s the dress of my dreams. I highly recommend visiting Bridal Boutique at Chilham and purchasing your gorgeous bridal dress from here!

My visit to the Bridal Boutique at Chilham was wonderful from start to finish. Not only were the dresses beautiful but the setting provided just the right combination of elegance, calm and excitement.
I found the dress-buying experience a challenge, having my appointment booked not long after losing my mum, but Carly took it all in stride and was encouraging and supportive throughout. I never felt self-conscious or anything less than beautiful and completely myself. Choosing a dress was difficult as there were so many wonderful looks but I did come away with one that will suit my wedding ever so well. It was an added treat to have won a most beautiful veil in their birthday celebrations lucky dip! Thanks again

As a girl who really struggled with the whole process of dress shopping, Carley was absolutely amazing at making the whole thing the magical experience it should have been! The dresses were all gorgeous, and Carley is so talented at what she does. I never felt awkward or overwhelmed or pressured like I had at other shops, and the whole experience is what I always hoped it would be! There are so many positive things I could say about this beautiful shop and Carly herself that I could go on forever. From the moment you walk in you feel so welcome and are also taken back by the stunning interiors, and the array of beautiful dresses they have available.

My dress journey for me was a very stressful one as I had a lot of weight I wanted to lose so I really didn’t know where to start and worried I wouldn’t be able to find a dress I love in my time limit. I however was taken back by a new arrival I had seen on their stories on socials and fell in LOVE and didn’t want to miss out on it. The booking process to try on the dress was so easy and communication was a breeze.

I didn’t expect to be able to try the dress on because I had so much weight to lose, but miraculously the lovely Carrie at my first fitting managed to get it on me, and it truly was love at first sight even though it was so far off fitting me properly. I did also get to try on a few others in different sizes, which was really helpful to get an idea of what else was out there and how they looked on me. I was really grateful for this as it really helped me realise how much I loved the first dress I came in for and I was determined to get into it in time for my September wedding. I had the dress put on hold which gave me enough time to pay for it in full, which is a great system.

Carly is truly such a lovely, genuine and warm person and really makes you feel confident and comfortable. Her communication is excellent and she is so beyond helpful.

You can really sense her experience and knowledge in this industry at all times and can tell it is a true passion of hers. I was able to come back in and retry my dress for accessories, and a veil. And she really was amazing with this too, I would have had no idea where to start but she helped me try on a few and we ended up finding the perfect cathedral length veil in a material that matched my gorgeous dress.

Every single aspect of the dress buying process with Chilham Bridal was so pleasant, easy and warm. And I would absolutely recommend this beautiful shop to everyone and I cannot express my gratitude enough for helping me along my dream dress journey!

I visited Bridal Boutique at Chilham after recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. The whole experience was so personal and Carly was so wonderful. She put me completely at ease trying dresses and listened to every thing I liked or disliked to help with finding the perfect style. The store is stunning and there were so many beautiful styles to try. I love that these dresses get another day to shine and are ready to take away on the day. It’s also great being able to try dresses that are in your size rather than too big / small to get a better feel for how they will look on you on the day. Although I didn’t quite find my dream dress (although there was a VERY close contender), I would highly recommend the boutique to any brides to be. Thank you x

I had my first ever wedding dress try-on appointment at Bridal Boutique Chilham, and it was an amazing experience. Carrie was incredibly helpful and guiding throughout the entire process. She gave great advice and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The boutique had a wide variety of dresses to choose from, and despite my indecisiveness, Carrie remained patient and supportive while I tried on lots of options. Although I didn't find "the one" during this visit, I was impressed by their selection and the overall experience. I will definitely consider coming back in the future. Highly recommend!
