Incredibly rude, arrogant and insensitive customer services operative. Whilst I appreciate what she said regarding security questions, to which admittedly I didn't know the answers, her monotonous, rude tone was really unnecessary! She basically had no intention of being helpful, even if I had answered the questions correctly! Why oh why employ a person like this? Surely it make sense to employ customer services people that are actually interested in doing a good job. I expect this review to fall on deaf ears anyway, since given the stream of appalling reviews about Atlantic Data, I doubt it they care!

one star because the system does not give minus score as an option. Awful process - have no interest in actually dealing with customers and email responses from them are condescending and rude. They have successful not lost a youth movement a leader with over 40 years experience by failing to over any support or help.

I’ve asked for their formal complaints procedure at least three times and have been ignored each time. At one point, I had to get the SRA involved. At this stage, I think perhaps public posting is the only way I might receive some kind of response from them.

I’ve only made a couple of complaints in my lifetime, but I have never heard of a company refusing to provide a customer with the complaints procedure.

Absolutely terrible service. Questionable why the SRA awarded them the contract in the first instance. Significant delays with a simple degree validation check. Informed over the phone that nobody in this department takes calls and asked to email for an update. The email address provided is non-responsive, and I've received absolutely no response (not even so much as an acknowledgement) despite sending several emails over a considerable period of time. On the multiple occasions I've tried to reach out over the phone I've simply been informed that they are working through a backlog and they couldn't give any indication on timescales. The turnaround aim for the check was 5 working days. Nearly a month on this is yet to be completed (due to no fault of my university I might add). Very poor service but even worse communication.

I used this company and was made to believe that I would receive a reply within 5 days. use a third party to do the work so you can’t actually talk to the company doing your verification of any university certificates.

When I made a complaint and asked for a refund I was refused a refund, when I then made it clear that if I don’t receive a refund or get verification on my degree I will be escalating this matter I was then told to “stop using threatening language”. I did not swear, shout, interrupt or act short the person I was talking to. It was a total shock to be told that I was using threats. This coming after two weeks of no replies correspondence and another week after that of no update until I phoned today.

I literally feel like I’ve been robbed and will never ever use this company again. Stay away.

Quite literally the worst company in the world with the rudest staff you will ever come across. They haven’t got a scooby. You’ll call and they’ll hang up after making mistakes on applications.
