Awful. Cancelled out contract with one
months notice as they needed the space for other customers. Don’t use them if you are a small business. Companies like this will
make you stay small. Nightmare to use. We are cancelling find somewhere else to put your stuff and you have a moment is basically what they said.

We have been processing thousands of orders per month with Huboo and they have been an extremely valuable partner.

Speed of Dispatch - They are extremely swift and efficient when it comes to dispatching

Error Rates - We've seen extremely low error rates and whenever we see a peak or two of slightly higher errors, they have been very quick to resolve it.

Customer Service - We really feel as though we have a team behind us and they are very much there when needed.

I’ve never used a fulfilment service before, despite sorely needing one (!), because they’ve always seemed byzantine and not really worth the effort for a relatively-small seller. Huboo is great because everything is really transparent & easy to understand. And you get one-on-one time with a real human account manager & warehouse contact who can help solve any questions you might have along the way. My account manager Oliver was particularly helpful: proactively looking for issues ahead of time & raising them with me. The switch to using Huboo has saved me money and a heck of a lot of effort.
