Rudest customer service ever!!!! Stopped this morning to fill up with petrol and post a parcel. Was told off by the man at the till and shouted at in front of a queue of people as took too long to leave and taking up a space outside?! There was one person in front of me in post office queue and till queue was to the door? I'm disabled and 8 months pregnant and was left in tears. Spoke to the manager who said I should have moved my car to pay. But there were no other spaces and I'm disabled and 8 months pregnant! No apology from manager. Will use the Shell garage in future!!

I went to the Total garage this morning to buy my Sunday newspapers and a few groceries. I was met by a very grumpy man who would not serve me (papers not yet sorted) and who suggested I return later. Went over to the Shell garage and was greeted and served in the manner I would have wished. All future purchases will be from Shell!
