Useless company.

Bought an item. They sent an email confirming dispatch then all of a sudden cancelled the order and said it was lost in transit and the product is now unavailable. Order reference - TN59590

Absolutely appalling company. Delivery stated 3-5 working days. Week and a half later i emailed to which they told me to wait a further 2-3 working days. Two weeks later still no product. They decide to email me and tell me that the product had been returned to them by Royal Mail so they took it upon themselves without asking my permission to cancel my Order completely and refund my money. Complete waste of time. DO NOT USE

No way of contacting the company apart from a live chat... Which isn't live and they don't respond to..
No delivery in over 2 weeks... No tracking and they emailed me asking me to check with my neighbours.... No accountability or truth from this company.
