We commissioned Sophie to create 5 individual wreaths for our Acupuncture, aesthetics and well being clinic drawing from the 5 seasons as recognised in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Sophie delivered at every stage of the process, from liaising with us to ensure the design was to our exacting requirements, through to the finished product - ensuring that all the products used were up cycled.
Almost every patient or client has commented on our ‘Hello Spring’ wreath. It’s simply gorgeous! Thank you Sophie!

Absolutely fantastic service! I had a random request for custom stands for some stained glass pieces I'd had made, I had a rough idea of what I wanted and BWC more than delivered! Communication was great and delivery was quick, the quality of workmanship is excellent and my glass looks great!

Initially, we were really pleased with the table we purchased, it was designed just how we wanted & the service was good. However, within 8-9 months, with the table being used on average 1-2 times per month, one of the legs had become very wobbly making the table quite unstable. Upon inspection, a couple of the screws had come loose & were just turning rather than tightening.
I contacted the company who tried to blame us for sliding / pulling the table (which we haven’t done) and made a couple of suggestions that weren’t feasible - either glue the legs to the table, or move the legs in, the latter would mean the bench we’d purchased with it wouldn’t fit under the table
I was also told that it was nothing to do with their workmanship & that it had been fine for 8-9 months, apparently this is a reasonable timeframe for the product to last.
I was then told they would either send us a £6 product off Amazon or that we could purchase a new table top from them. Neither of which are at all acceptable.
Overall, based on quality & durability of product, and poor service, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Fantastic service . I sent examples of what I was after for my medal display and the feedback was great and what I got was better then I could of hoped for . It was that good I ordered one for my mums birthday as she loved it aswel. Great overall service really happy
