Bought a blue agate bracelet, a green palm stone and an amethyst merkaba crystal star. Everything went smoothly. I was contacted and informed that the bracelet was unavailable. I spoke to her letting her know that I specifically chose the bracelet to heal the throat chakra and asked if she could recommend another crystal bracelet as it was for my sister. She gave me a wonderful detailed description of another crystal that heals and opens the throat chakra over the phone and it really reassured me that it was the right choice to go with her recommendation.
