Truly unhappy with the attitude and the customer service - or should I say - no customer service at all. If I was a representative of any of the brands that shop sells I would probably send some secret shopper to experience first hand how the staff is treating customers.
Ruge, arrogant, and no understanding of customers needs what’s so ever. I was also charged a fee of £2 - while returning an item - just for the sake of returning it myself. There is no policy on their website about any extra charge. The North Face should definitely abandon that shop. I won’t be buying anything from there. I would rather go to the authorised store and deal with pleasant people.
Also - when I bought the backpack - the seller was rude, ignored me, had a conversation with a friend, was on the phone and tried to push other products and being rude. I’ve also asked - can I give the backpack back if it won’t meet the requirements- as it was not for me- I was told yes - but next day! Which doesn’t respect the customers rights.
AVOID!!! Unless you want to be talked down to and hear - we don’t care about customers and reviews….
Well… if the shop doesn’t care about the customer experience- surely brands should think twice about dealing with a store like this. And customers… well - you don’t mean nothing - so…

Can’t recommend enough - beats the other outdoors shops like Blacks and Cotswolds. I went in last week, just before a big trip, and Yusuf gave me excellent advice and found the right waterproof jacket for me. Even though it was close to closing time, Yusuf made sure I was fully happy before my purchase!

I turned up as an inexperienced camper, looking to stock up for a potentially wet festival weekend. I received excellent help and advice, and left comfortably prepared for a lovely trip at a very reasonable price - I was more comfortably provisioned than some of my much more experienced associates! Have recommended to friends in North London for any outdoor equipment needs.

If you need outdoor gear or professional advice the Outdoor Emporium is the best spot in London. Not only does the store have a good range, Yusuf the owner provides exceptional customer service. He has fantastic knowledge about all of the products in the store and is able to find the perfect item for whatever you are after. He helped me find the perfect outdoor jacket and gave me multiple appropriate options to choose from. If I ever need outdoor gear again in London, I will be returning to Yusuf!

What a great find this shop was!! I've been trying to buy a new pair of walking shoes for a couple of months and have failed to find a suitable pair having tried numerous outdoor stores in person and online.
I came across Outdoor Emporium and Yusuf, in Camden. A wonderful independent store offering great advice and help....thanks to them, I now have a fab new pair of Asola walking shoes. May have cost me a few pounds more but very happy to support the independent stores otherwise places like this won't exist! Thanks Yusuf!

Brilliant! It was my first time visiting and Yusef and Tarran provided an exceptionally professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. Their attention to detail and personal touch is exemplary and cannot be found in the larger chain shops. High quality gear and Yusef was happy to exchange my boots to help me find the perfect fit.
