As an older and curvier bride, I was so nervous about finding a dress that was elegant and age appropriate. I didn’t need to worry. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment at Burr Bridal and found my dress in one go! I put myself in their hands and tried on a beautiful selection of dresses without pressure or judgement. The whole experience was fun and friendly. So happy! Would highly recommend.

I'm a bit late submitting this review but I wanted to say that I'm so pleased with the service I received at Burr Bridal and the dress that I got for my wedding. I saw Burr Bridal at a wedding fair in Cambridge and booked an appointment to try on some wedding dresses this was the only place I visited and I really think that the process of choosing a dress was really smooth. Had a few additional fittings once the dress was ordered in for me and it was ready well in time for my wedding. I felt beautiful on my wedding day and I felt so comfortable in my dress. Roll forward a year and I finally get around to getting it cleaned. I didn't realise that Burr Bridal can arrange for it to be professionally cleaned I was so glad they did as I was comfortable in entrusting my dress to them. I hadn't realised there was a massive stain on my dress which I didn't think they would be able to remove but it came out completely. Was able to buy a nice wedding box from them as well and they were able to box it up nicely. It's definitely worth doing to preserve the dress. Highly recommended.

Kim & the team were fantastic from the first appointment until the end! There was never any pressure of the first appointment to make a decision, but I went away and returned after falling in love with and Essence of Australia dress. Of course I went for the opposite of what I wanted. They helped organise the alterations and are even going to assist with cleaning and boxing up! Amazing small business and personalised appointments. Beautiful selection of dresses & accessories.

Definitely one of the best bridal shops around! Kim made me feel at ease and made the process of trying on dresses a dream! I felt like a princess in every dress which made it so difficult to decide on the one, but with the help of Kim and my friends/family it was decided!
The shop has such a vast array of different dresses in all styles and colours so made the whole experience amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better service and so happy I chose to get my dress here for my dream day!
UPDATE: Now having picked up my dress and had my wedding day, I can definitely say how much of a princess I felt in the dress. Kim and the team are a delight and was fabulous throughout. 100% Recommend!

Yesterday I went to burr bridal just to have a look around. I didn’t actually expect to find my dress there and then! I left so happy. The staff were absolutely lovely especially Kim. The advice I was given was amazing considering that I was so nervous and an absolute mess. The prices were great. There is a comfortable selection of dresses so I wasn’t overwhelmed with choices. If I could give this place a 10 I would! The experience there was a day to always remember.

My experience choosing my wedding dress at Burr Bridal was first class from start to finish - thank you so much. I was nervous about going to try on dresses but I needn't have worried. Kim put me at ease and made me feel so welcome. The choice of dresses is incredible. Kim's expertise on fits and styles was invaluable, especially as I did not have a clear idea in advance of the kind of dress that would suit me. I was absolutely delighted with the dress I chose and felt so confident on my wedding day. It was a dream to wear. I can't recommend Burr Bridal enough for finding your dress!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Burr Bridal. From my first appointment Kim was amazing, she listened to what I wanted and gave advice on my body shape and in fact was the one who picked out my chosen dress. Each fitting was a lovely experience and my dress looked stunning on the day.

We also hired our tux for the grooms party from Kim and again she was amazing. She was very flexible about when they could go in for fitting to suit around working hours and very quickly sorted out another size jacket for the groom due to a change in his shape just a few days before the wedding. Kim was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the large selection of dresses. She made us feel comfortable and supported as we tried on different styles, offering thoughtful advice.

Once we found our dresses, Sarah undertook our alterations, and she was absolutely fabulous! Her attention to detail and skill ensured that our dresses fit perfectly and made us feel amazing on our special day.
