fabulous store! perfect customer service!

I recently had an online order posted here to pick up in-store. They usually only hold it for a few days but after messaging them they were nice enough to hold it a little longer!

I was able to try them on and could return what didn’t fit. Left with two wonderful new tops in amazing quality!

I could only find 3 tops and 2 jumpers that fit me.
Most of their selection is Slim-Fit, they have a tiny section for the slightly larger man.
Staff are very helpful though all things considered as I had to ask a lot of questions as I constantly struggle to find clothes that fit me.

The tops that I bought are brilliant quality, you can immediately tell the difference between a Fred Perry and an average Polo shirt.

Excellent store. Everything tidy and in a minimalist design. It has two floors but unfortunately only one is available.

We was deciding on which shirt should we buy and the blonde girl (sorry we don’t remember her name) was patient enough to give us our time - debating in Spanish haha and also help on the trying it on part. We finally got two shirts and cheaper than expected. We sure would buy again!

Man, what can I say about this shop. Anisah took care of us; even setting aside some stuff overnight so we could enjoy Camden. Not only did she help us get sorted with some new clothes; but she helped us with sizing; suggested options, and shared some great info on the Amy Winehouse foundation. Incredible experience with her and the rest of the staff. 100% will return.

One of my favourite brand in the world. Not only because is British and I'm living in London, but because of quality and Made in England. And Portugal, ha ha. I'm a big supporter for brands to go back with production in their countries.
Mary and Ella were very nice and answered my questions. There nice and patience with me.?
I'm annoying person. Because I'm questioning everything. I'm care about authenticity. And Fred Perry brand it's authentic.
Because in an ocean of fake items in Camden, really Fred Perry is original. Arts design, Amy's Winehouse items around and good customers. Like me.
In 10 minutes, girls sells good. But to English people , connoisseurs.
My goal is tourists from abroad, foreigners to buy more, and to associate Camden Market pilgrimage with Fred Perry. A good memories to wear. And a thought, I've been there, when they wear a polo shirt or snickers or a bag. Worth it!
I'm going next week to buy a bag to wear in this summer.

My Husband looked around for a certain Harrington Jacket from The Amy Winehouse Collection that was hard to find. He happened to ring The Camden Store and they had it in stock. As we live in Sunderland The Manager said he could send it to a store closer to us to buy from there. It was at The Leeds store the next day and we have been today and picked it up. Fantastic customer service that went above and beyond. We will definitely be popping in when we come to London. Thank you 🙂
