I can’t believe that in 2024 I have been treated with racist behaviour from staff in this coop just because I was just trying to get my shopping done? This is unacceptable and unbelievable behaviour from the staff member Raj ! As soon as I enter the shop I can feel his eyes on me as soon as I turn he is following me ? Do I need to be a white person to shop in peace in this coop? You have lost a loyal customer! I’m disgusted by the treatment that I get constantly from this man

Our local coop was recently refitted, by someone more used to designing prisons.

What was a friendly little shop (admittedly in need of a refit!) is now unwelcoming and utilitarian, with the cashiers in a steel-barred box.

An unfortunate side effect, now that the tills are reinforced against anyone but Daniel Ocean, is that the entire shop is sometimes temporarily unstaffed! The other day I needed help and there was literally nobody in the shop!

Doesn’t deserve to be called “cooperative” - I used to be here every couple of days but have barely been back since the refit.

I always had horrible experience at coop been treated like a criminal by the staff Raj he constantly follows me around the shop but last week he harassed me out of no where he shouted at me while he was serving customer I was with my toddler and my child got so scared I can’t believe that the management lets this man treat customers with such a disgusting behaviour!!! Shame on you Coop. If anyone planning to visit this coop be beware that Raj will harass you at some point!!!!!
