I'm only 18, went in to collect a package for my brother, I was very polite. Instead of explaining to me I needed to get the tracking number instead of the missed delivery slip, the older man became annoyed then enraged when I couldnt provide it. He then shouted at me over and over again saying "how can I do it!". Despicable and childish behaviour really, how an 18 year old stays calm while a full grown man acts like child ?

Terrible place, very rude staff, swearing at me using f word when I asked the receipt for my UPS package. Become very angry and aggressive with me (Chinese and women) when I decided not to drop my packages with him. I nearly called a police. Shocking experience, I will also inform UPS about this horrific experience this man put me through.

The best convenience store in the area. friendly, helpful staff with great prices on a variety of fresh products, anything they don’t have in stock they offer to buy in specially for you. Honestly just an incredible service and a pillar of the community and local area. All stores should aim to be as excellent as Pink Elephant. If I could only shop at one store for the rest of my life it would be without a doubt Pink Elephant.

Walked into this store to buy some drinks and saw single use disposable facemasks being sold for £1 each from a box of 50!! There are healthcare workers facing daily PPE shortages including masks, and this sort of gross profiteering during the pandemic is absolutely disgusting. Never will I go to this store again!
