This store has everything that you need. Very local and is within a 20 minute walk from the centre of town. The staff are really friendly and try their best to help you find something if they don’t have it in stock.

Their in store bakery is always full with delicious treat to help you get through the day and they offer a wide range of sweet treats for any time of the day.

One great feature about this branch is the availability of having a location to have your Amazon and DPD parcels dropped off if you know that you won’t be in when you are expecting to get a delivery.

Overall a perfect place to get all of the essential shopping that you need

This store has everything that you need. Very local and is within a 20 minute walk from the centre of cambridge. The staff are really friendly and try their best to help you. New staff try their very best to help out. How ever customers are not always the best but staff always seem to still help out to the best to their ability.

Their in store bakery is always full with very decious bakery.

One of the staff who was new always smiled and was helpful even when he was at the till and new still managed to make my day.

Lots of meal deal options, whole isle of meal deal selection with a lot of options for drinks and snacks.

Overall, A very good CO OP that is local.

Nice, clean, modern, spacious store serving the Petersfield end of Mill Road. Great for picking up lunch with a £3.50 meal deal with plenty of choice as well as an in store bakery, hot food and fresh coffee. Staff are friendly and service is quick and efficient with plenty of self checkouts

Staff untrained and neglectful.

We had a voucher to redeem, from the government, for our prepaid electricity meter. The staff member didn't know what to do with it, he tried something randomly and kept the voucher.
When we went back home, it didn't work. No need to say that it seriously messed up with the voucher system.
We went straight back to the same shop, we tried to discuss it with the exact SAME guy who just did the transaction minutes before, and he couldn't remember any of it! It was rather unbelievable, he even said that what we were saying was impossible because the voucher was above some sort of limit for their prepaid meter system.

We had to go back to this shop 3 times, the same day, the next day and the day after. We came across different staff members, some of which were really rude, some were trying to say that we were lying, some others said that we had to call our electricity provider... Such a mess!
In the end, only the manager was able to fix the issue. An issue that was clearly created by this untrained and neglectful staff member we came across the first time.
