Annoyingly unpredictable. Went to get something hot for breakfast. Nothing in the hotbox at half nine. What's the point of putting the breakfast things out if it can't be done at a time when people want it? No wonder they are all reduced by lunchtime.
Seems to be run for the convenience of the staff.

As for getting attention when the tills go wrong.....

Ah, Waterbeach, the culinary Mecca of the East! We're blessed with yet another food store, the CoOp, which, based on my calculations, seems to be auditioning for a role in "The Real Housewives of Overpriced Groceries"—it's about 40% more expensive than OneStop. And talk about location; you'll need GPS, a compass, and maybe even a sherpa to get there. Once you arrive, be prepared to squeeze your car into parking spaces so tiny, you'd think the architects were nostalgic for the days when we all drove Matchbox cars.

I was really pleased when this store opened, as it is so much more convenient than having to walk or drive to the Village Green to use the competition. There is a huge variety of stock, fresh and frozen. It is always clean and tidy with stock put where it’s supposed to be. The staff are friendly and helpful and the addition of the self-service tills makes life easier. They open early and close late, and I’m sure that all the residents in the adjacent area are really happy that we finally have a local shop like this.

Sustainable and Planet-friendly stock and brands - plus loads of Own-Brand value-for-money products if you look carefully on the lower shelves! Good to have access to fresh produce at reasonable prices, even if it has to be film-packaged. Everything I needed for an early-morning, 'emergency' shop to stock up after time away, including dairy and non-dairy products. Clean, Accessible - and the staff were lovely. This looks like a store which will serve our community well: let's look after it!

Just what the village needs. Fantastic range of products compared to the limited offering elsewhere in Waterbeach, with enough variety to do a full weekly shop. Some of the highlights include: wide range of fresh fruit and veg, good selection of cheese (not just cheddar!), in store bakery, large choice of fresh and frozen ready meals, better wine available. It's also nice to be supporting a local independent business rather than Tesco (who also own One Stop).
We will certainly be regular customers.

Definitely what the north side of the village needed for a while! very well stocked, a wide range of products, reasonably priced! Beyond the usual grocery, I'm surprised that they have less common items like pine nuts, a range of salami there, also they have newspapers, greeting cards, a orange juice machine, a coffee machine. Really happy!

Has so many items that we would normally have to get delivered or go out miles to a supermarket for. Really convenient and helps me personally to eat more fruit, as that goes off so quickly normally I wouldn't buy it. Shop was clean, staff were friendly.

Girl overcharged me even though I had just tried to use the self checkout so I knew the exact value of my items. She then told me I was wrong when I challenged her. Pretty awful customer service.
