Asked my lodger to scan my dividend card before I done my shopping and was given a filthy look from the miserable cashier behind the counter, if she smiled it would have helped, She rudely said you are not supposed to do that unless you are living at the same address to which I replied How do you know we’re not.
Hate shopping in here as the staff are always so rude apart from 2 of them who are really nice.
I am adamant that after this I will never use the store again, Horrible shop.
Will be taking this up with head office as I never get any joy or apologies in the store

Great little shop, good range of stock and friendly/helpful staff. My only complaint is the absence of trolleys in which children can sit. My toddler loves going in the trolley and is a nightmare on foot so sadly we often travel to a bigger shop out of ease.

It's a coop so worth supporting for its ethical stance and support of local good causes. Prices are higher than the big super markets unless they are running some of their regular discounts. Has a very good free membership scheme.
This store has friendly staff and I use it often.

Coops are a great alternative to the rampant profit gouging we see going on with big national / international corporations that funnel more and more profits to fewer and fewer hands.
For me co-ops are part of the changes required, because they are organisations for the many, and we can see corporate capitalism is destroying the planet.

Always out of stock of sandwiches and drinks for lunchtime meal deals. The carpark is laid out poorly and can be hard to navigate when full or in a rush. Tills are slow to react to busy times leading to long queues amwith only one working cashier. Fine for a one off shop but there's better sandwiches and parking available in the town centre.

Just had my first trip to the store using my mobility scooter . Two of the staff at the tills were really very helpful and kind .... afraid I didn't take note of their names as I was concentrating on using my card . Thank you to them both .

I know we are all experiencing difficult moments at this time but one member of your staff a certain nasty lady of I don't know what foreign nationality likes to treat customer's as tho they have the plague . She shouts at you to stand there don't touch this slings your money at you if not doing contactless then sprays and wipes you and counter .the other staff are lovely have the time of day to talk and explain the actions needed. I havnt been into store if this woman is on due to her rude behaviour it's stressful enough without having such an obnoxious person serving you
