Iv bought 3 paramo jackets from this shop and other items, very friendly and knowledgeable if you need anything, also lets you brouse without hounding you for a sale, he also told me about the £50 off that paramo give you if you trade your old paramo in for a new one, slightly more expensive than online but id rather support a small shop

Great products but very rude man when I tried on a pair of boots . He muttered something about “this is not a try on shop”. Sorry mate. I am not spending £200+ on a pair of boots without fitting them first. No fitting facilities. Other retailers sell the same goods, go there.
