Great little local barbers, always friendly & good customer service. Always get a good cut too usually exactly what I ask for. Reasonably priced, usually quiet as well so don't have to wait generally during the week. Would recommend. Edit: Prices have gone up somewhat since the pandemic. Now £16 for a cut. A range of different barbers work there now too, rather than mainly the owner before. Not always as consistent on quality of cut, although great experience today.

Worth the drive! If you're in Buxted or even if you're not, I highly recommend Max at the Buxted Village Barber. I am very particular about my hair and the cut and fade are not easy for everyone to do but Max made it look easy. The skin on the sides, fade into the top and hard part were perfectly executed. He also did a great job of fading into my beard and trimming my beard. Overall, I had a great experience here and I would recommend Max to anyone who needs a talented barber in the area.
