What a professional set up. From the time I set foot in the shop to the time I left with my engraved spanner of my late father, I was fully kept up to date with the progress and consulted all the way. Great service. Had a 'one off' requirement for a small foil label. Dropped off the pattern and the job was done within two days. They even printed a couple of spares in case i had trouble positioning the label.

My sisters and I contacted Boundstone as we needed an engraved plaque to be made and fitted to a bird bath very last minute. The team were so helpful from start to finish. Very professional and assisted with their recommendations to make it look perfect. We were able to take the bird bath into the shop to allow for the plaque to be sized and fitted perfectly. The lead time is normally 7 days however the team went above and beyond to have the plaque made and fitted within 2 days so we were able to have it placed in our parents garden for when they returned home from their holiday to celebtrate their 50th wedding anniversary.
