Took in my son's skiing trophy for adding his name to an annual award. Previous engravers had left gaps and just added a new plate as easier than adding a name to the existing plate so I just asked if they could just do their best. Picked it up today and they had removed both plates and added the three names from the unnecessary second plate and engraved them all onto the first plate at no extra cost because 'that way it looks better '. As my 1st year as Chairman of Harold Wood Cougars YFC it’s my job to organise the end of season trophies, a bit of research and finally went with Ian @ Stephen Alexander Trophies and I was not disappointed! Superb communication and service, friendly and went the extra mile, even through the COVID pandemic he kept me updated and reassured me all the way, and even kept his promise and to the time scale agreed prior to COVID, will be definately using again for next season and many more to come.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! Went into this shop recently to repeat an order that I'd made the previous year which I was very happy with! I remembered the proprietor as being very polite and friendly and extremely accommodating, so was keen to use him again. Imagine my shock when after some 'umming' and 'ahhing', as I wanted my order to be just right, I was told in a very abrupt manner, that he remembered me from the previous year as being a 'pain in the ass' and that he didn't want or need my business! I was dumbfounded! I have since gone elsewhere and found a company more than happy to give me what I want for less money! Feel free to go anywhere but here for your trophies or engraving, as clearly, to treat customers as he did me, he doesn't need the business.
