Went with my grandad to hire a scooter for the day, customer service was absolutely appalling. staff not rude, but had a face of a smacked arse and a ‘cant be bothered’ attitude, Disappointing.

Pre ordered a mobility from Seacroft at Ingoldmells as we were staying there on holiday. Changed to having a boot scooter so as to venture further afield. Nicola the sales lady sorted me out with everything I needed, right down to a rain cover for it. A fantastic and very attentive company and a well stocked shop for disability aids and other items. Thank you so much for your brilliant customer service Nicola. One happy mobile lady now, not stuck in a caravan for the remainder of our stay.

Hired a scooter it arrived on time the staff really good. This is the third time we have used Seacroft and will be using again in July. They are Really reliable and fix problems if you have any. Great service.

I was at ingoldmels at the weekend and now have to use a mobility scooter, I chose Seacroft in the village and cannot thank Nikki enough, very welcoming, and friendly, couldn’t do enough, I will certainly be using Seacroft again, good scooter and prices were very fair, so if you need one why not nip in and see Nikki.
