Not a pleasant experience from the start whilst buying a parking ticket (because the ticket machine in the car park was not working) the man behind the counter was quite gruff. Regret paying the £1.50 now. Bought what I needed online instead.

I have used this shop twice now. I am quite a camping novice and the lady who has served me both times has been super helpful to me.
Very knowledgeable and very happy and cheerful. What a lovely lady and a great place to shop.

Went in today to get a key cut for our Hobby caravan. Woman said "oh it's a hobby" but preceded to do it. Came back and it didn't work. Took back to the rudest man who said "I wouldn't have done it if it was me". Shame your service was so rude as we and all our caravaners on site will not be using you again. Plenty more friendly ones around.
