It's a beautiful base to explore Ingoldmells and the wider area from one. Quality of accomodation depends on who you hire from. Facilities are good, there is a shop, launderette and Family Bar and restaurant. Plus small park for kids to play on. The area is clean and well maintained.

Not too far from fantasy island. Tesco around corner few minutes walk, and bus stop. Local to most things. Friendly site. Would visit again. Don't recommend if struggle with mobility as Abit of walk to fantasy island

Stayed via Air B&B and couldn't have been more happy with the price or location. Walking distance to all amenities, fantasy island, market, beach, and supermarket. Well maintained site and quiet. I'm very happy with our stay.

Very clean and tidy pod, only little niggle was there's no cupboard storage for clothing and food.|Hot tub was absolutely fantastic as was the fishing lakes for my partner. Wonderful sunsets seen from hot tub|Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed 7 nights in a cypress supreme caravan. Was bigger than expected. Perfect for me hubby & 9yr old. Only fault was the pull cord switch in the bathroom, it was black! Covered it with a nappy bag, quick fix for while we was there. Quiet site, on site shop open until 10pm. Woodys just a quick walk away (depending where your van is) kids park there too. Bus stop just outside site entrance, caught it to fantasy island & skegness, Ingoldmells beach less than 10 minutes walk away.

Nice site, clean and welcoming. Caravan spotless but dated. The bed left a lot to be desired. Needed a decent mattress, didn't like feeling every spring in it as the mattress was so thin. The lounge was very dated, felt like sitting on hardboard, the seating was not padded enough for comfort. Shower didn't work but once reported was fixed the same day. Left a day early due to the bed as could not get comfortable and after two nights of very little sleep needed to go home.

Lovely clean tidy site caravan Lovely and clean spacious lounge/kitchen and bedrooms, small bathroom, only thing to let it down no central heating just a gas fire in lounge woke up cold on first night in a storm, decent location if you can walk 10mins to shops and amusements otherwise need a car

At night time the peace and quiet is outstanding
