Customer service is bang on. We had a few parts missing first and they were delivered next day despite the current pandemic. Then my partner accidentally snapped the steering wheel whilst assembling the step2 Whisper. Called up and they delivered the part next day free of charge. Very polite company. I recommend this site highly for any products you want. My daughter is going to be one happy little girl for her first birthday! Thank you for your speedy parts delivery.

I can not fault my experience with Activity Toys Direct one bit!!! It's been a pleasure from start to finish. Customer service has been fantastic, friendly staff and delivery was so quick! The product was exactly ask described and the best quality. My boys are still enjoying the step 2 kitchen and hopefully will continue to do so for years to come.

Avoid buying from this company!! Absolutely disgusting service and aftercare. I bought a Hotwheels table for my sons birthday. It had a broken leg, screws & studs missing and looked like it had been assembled before. I contacted activity toys to tell them about this and send pics, they refused to give me a refund even though i requested one and said that I had assembled the table so they couldn't accept it back. I explained that it was only once I'd put the table up that the faulty leg became apparent and they even said I'd put it up wrong despite me sending several emails and pics showing them that I'd not received the correct screws/studs to start with! They said they'd send a replacement leg out and as they'd 'made it right' I wouldn't be getting a refund. I explained that I wasn't happy about the condition of the table but they dismissed me and in the end they stopped replying and ignored my emails! Would deffo not recommend buying from them as once
They get your money they're not interested if your not satisfied with the product.

I got the Step2 Motorbike for Christmas for my son, who was 3 a few days before. It is very easy to put together, took minutes and is very durable. It says it is from age 3 Flynn certainly does enjoy charging around on it. It's a good size for him and I think he will be having fun on it in many months to come.
It is very sturdy too, it's easy for Flynn to maintain control and keep it upright.
At the moment we are using it indoors but it's great for both indoor and outdoor use.
I would definitely recommend it.

My sons were very lucky and won a giveaway with Activity Toys Direct for a Step2 Buggy (a push along ride on car). I thought we would have to wait a while for the buggy to arrive, but was pleasantly suprised that it arrived the next day!

My boys love the buggy and spend hours playing with it. The buggy encourages imaginative play, co-operation, and is a god send when you have a toddler that is between the pushchair and walking stage.

I was lucky enough to win the Step2 Cozy Kitchen and am thrilled! It arrived super fast and my children both love it! It's ideal for pre school children and helps fuel their imagination. My 2 year old son is always cooking me something pretend to eat!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Step2 products or Activity Toys Direct to anyone. Fabulous retailer with excellent products.

Ordered the Step 2 rollercoaster which was delivered within a few days. I notice a hole in the box which must have happened during transportation which led to part of the slide being cracked. I emailed Activity Toys Direct and they arranged for a replacement part to be delivered within 48hours. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

I was very lucky to receive one of the prizes in the Christmas Advert Competition, the Step 2 My Own Grill. My little grandson loves it, it is just the right size to take away with you on holiday to keep your little one entertained.

I must say what a brilliant competition and I am very grateful to Activity Toys Direct for their generosity, it was a lovely surprise to win something. They were also very good at letting you know when the item had been dispatched.
