I love buying luxury lingerie from Ouh La La when I want to treat myself! My favourite brands are Empreinte and Lise Charmel - there's so many options to choose from on the site, I could scroll for hours!

The delivery was really quick and the lingerie is just beautiful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality underwear.

Will be ordering again I'm sure 🙂

The delivery service has been disappointing. I placed my order last Friday, and I still haven’t received a tracking number. Customer service responded quickly, which I appreciate, but I find it strange that my international order arrived just three days after I placed it, yet this order—within the same country—is taking much longer. They said it takes six working days (weekends don’t count), but this delay doesn’t make sense. Definitely not the best experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at Ouh La La. When we arrived, the sign on the door still said "Closed," which nearly made us leave—yet no one bothered to change it. I visited with my daughter to find a bra for her wedding, specifically one that would provide uplift, but we were told they don’t sell any bras like that.

To make matters worse, when my daughter tried on a bra, it was clear that the sizing was incorrect. The assistant not only lacked expertise in bra fitting but was also unhelpful throughout the process. Overall, the service was poor, and the experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

I'm in Canada. I ordered a set of Lise Charmel for my wife. Probably the best lingerie I have found so far. Really beautiful. One nitpick is they switched out one of the sizes due to out of stock without asking me first. And the duty is very high, but that's not their fault. If I lived in the UK, I would shop here often.

French lady was very friendly and helpful they don't stock larger sizes in the store but can be ordered on the site. The shop was gorgeous and the product well laid out on display for easy viewing.

Beware ordering from Ouh La La's website. The item I ordered was out of stock although their website said it was in stock. Ouh La La selected an alternative item to send to me which I then had to return as it was not what I wanted. The return facility they offered was inadequate (one 1st class stamp on an envelope that was too small to fit the item in).
It took me several emails and a phone call to have the item and return postage costs refunded.
