New owner Bonnie together with Sue has re- established the village Post Office following a complete refurbishment.
Bonnie has introduced several new confectionery lines plus an extensive collection of quality greetings cards & accessories for all occasions.
Always assured of a friendly welcome the Post Office has become a major contributor to village life.

Fantastic service first thing on a Sunday morning.
I was delighted to be able to send my parcel today and travelled from Knowle, as this is the nearest Post Office open on a Sunday to enable me to do this. My daughter has used before and always has friendly service from the man there. I will definitely use this post office in the future and also recommend to all my friends and family, who have connections in Hampton-in-Arden going back for many years.

I love going to the post office in Hampton as you never know what kind of greeting you will get. The younger lad (I believe the owners Son) is always a delight. Happy, Pleasant, Knowledgeable and Helpful. On the other hand, depending what side of the bed the owner (the older guy) got out of that day, he can be fairly helpful, or more often just a miserable, unhelpful grumpy man who pulls a face when asked a question or for any basic advice.

I am disgusted at unkind and untrue comments on Hampton in Arden Post Office review page. Tariq & Adam give a really splendid service and we should all be grateful as long as they continue to do so. I have never had the smallest concerns ...... rather the other way around - just amazement and gratitude that the place is full of smiles, willingness, and can do attitudes. I feel sorry for the person who so readily leaves nonsense knee jerk reviews ~ the issue lies with the author and NOT with Hampton in Arsen Post Office. Mike Fisher

I take exception to the negative review posted previously. The service I receive from the staff in this lovely store and Post Office, without exception, is exemplary! I can only assume that the answers the staff have provided are not what the reviewer wishes to hear. However, all Post Offices are governed by non negotiable rules and regulations and, these need to be taken into consideration before placing a negative comment that may have arisen due to circumstances outside of the control of the staff! Just continue as you are Tariq and Adam, you are appreciated more than you know!

Used to be excellent and well run until the recent changing hands. I have since been refused the sale of a postal service due to a fairly avoidable misunderstanding on a number of occasions and had to visit elsewhere, haven't returned since.
