Purchased a new Renault Captur Alpine in October 2024 and it has been a nightmare from day 1. It loses power, has electrical gremlins, paint defects interior scratches, and a carpet that doesn't fit. Dealership (Hendy Group) are hopeless. Renault UK have not helped one bit. It's been in the garage for 8 weeks and is being returned to me with most issues still present. They refused a rejection and cancelled our hire car with one day's notice and left us without transport. DO NOT THINK ABOUT BUYING RENAULT

Bought an electric Kangoo told it would travel 140miles . Does not reach 100 . No help from Renault at all !. Never buy another Renault again ! . Van was £8500+VAT in September 24 . Been told it’s worth £4k May 2025 ! . What a scam !

bought a Renault trafic 66 plate. It has done 34000 miles carrying very little weight and I am now being told that the engine needs replacing don't go near them mine has been nothing but trouble

Placed an order last June for the wonderful Renault Kangoo Van of The Year 2023. Still waiting for it to matched and then built.
Poor system, plenty of promises they even trying to change my spec to have the vehicle built just shameful and unreasonable. A very poor service even before the vehicle is on the road!
No sympathy from the company just empty promises.
8 months and order now cancelled.
Renault are not easy to contact and when you do get through very unhelpful with no answers.
Need to do far better.

Totally disappointed by the attention Renault provides to their costumers , my 6 year old van 72k miles sits for over 3 weeks in a Renault dealer service in Ashford without being able to make it start , they have changed several parts without succeding starting the van and billing me for everything. Soon will be a month there and I get no calls back either from Renault UK or dealer at least with an update. I am chasing them every two days and all I get is a ''Will call you back''

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Do not buy from this company. Will never get back the time and money I’ve lost as a result of a defective product - Renault refused to offer me compensation for loss of earnings, did not initially offer a replacement vehicle and took three weeks to diagnose and replace a faulty battery.

They advised me if my vehicle was towed it would get looked at within 3 days and they also advised a manager would return my call within 72hrs. It took two and half weeks to assess the problem and I finally received my callback after 11 days. This was a problem I could of sorted out myself in less than 24 hours if the vehicle wasn’t under warranty.

Renault clearly do not care if their cars or vans do not work properly and won’t care if you lose out financially as a result. Will be telling all and anyone who will listen not to buy from them.

The battery lease transfer of the Renault Zoe proved excessively complex, with numerous advisers lacking proper information on how to handle the process. The ordeal stretched over several months, exacerbated by ongoing difficulties in retrieving refunds for additional payments taken by RCI post-termination. Additionally, Renault's struggle to locate documents I had sent, coupled with consistent referrals back and forth between departments, further compounded the frustration and inefficiency of the entire experience.
