Not AD friendly. Stopped off at this shop on a long journey and the staff tried to refuse access because they only accept assistance dogs if you are deaf or blind. Even my GP surgery accept my assistance dog, which is a clinical environment, he is trained for public access and to assist me with my disabilities. They did eventually serve me as I refused to leave but its never pleasant to be discriminated against. I urge the business to educate themselves on this matter to avoid future lawsuits from less forgiving AD owners, I have included a link full of information below.

Dispicable. Shop assistant has his own little business on the side robbing the customers. Shop full of un priced items. I recently bought 2 Coolmore cakes, I told the shop assistant it was my birthday. This cakes should be price marked at £2.99, chocolate fudge at £3.25
He charged me £3.99 each, than quickly took my receipt and binned it. There are 3 bridges in Consumer rights committed in this single instance. All SKUs should be price marked. All customers should be charged a correct price. All customers should be given a receipt. I doubt very much that owner knows what is happening in his shop as he was busy in his other shop when I visited. He will know now. I know his assistant only stole £1.75 from me, but he did this intentionally and rather stupidly as I am obviously in business, so I have no idea why was he so brave. I would be careful if you are being served by the Indian fellow with a red dot on his forehead.

Twice I have been in here and twice they over charge, when I questioned it they try to say it’s priced wrong. Ripping locals off where ever possible. From now on I will only ever use the Bisla shop just up the road.

local store trying to catch locals out by charging over advertised price. Grubby woman behind counter who couldn’t speak English well; too busy socialising on her phone to bother with even the most basic courtesies such as please & thank you.

New Shop, bigger floorspace. If they haven't got it, you don't need it. Friendly staff, shelves packed with good brands. My new go-to local shop.

Fabulous, family-run village shop. Has everything you could need and more. I would say that the only problem is the awkward parking situation as jt is kn a busy village corner but that cannot be helped. 🙂
