After my experience yesterday I would never use such a unprofessional post office. I had to pay more money for postage due to the guy getting frustrated having to count the right amount of postage/stamps I needed. Then had to cheek to say I am running out of stamps!! You are a post office! He just could not be bothered to spend the time providing the stamps I needed. I would never use again.

Not open at 9am as the website says. Have been a few times now and is never open at the correct times. Queue of people waiting at 9.15am and still not open.

I'm a regular drop and go customer here and I can honestly say that the lovely couple who run it are always so welcoming and helpful. I won't go anywhere else now! Thank you for being so lovely ☺️

Have been saying for years I'll stop going here as the staff are not friendly and the shop is very poorly stocked and slightly pathetic.
Last straw recently when one of the staff made a huge fuss after applying the wrong postage and acting as though I had changed my mind.. Funny thing is they have CCTV so he could easily go back and see his mistake and how horribly rude he was following.

made to feel like a criminal for handing a prepaid large letter that they dismissed immediately without checking it fitted through the guide slot thingy. Maybe they need some community loving as its otherwise a great service.

Given up using this post office. Be prepared for quite a wait if theres any queue as the service is incredibly slow and inefficient. For post office services, i use delapre; efficient fast and knowledgeable. For parcels, the londos in hardingstone is an agent for ups..... half the cost and vastly better customer service.
