Very rude staff (the blonde lady)!! Went in to collect a parcel, told me she can’t find it and I have to leave the store and return when the other guy starts his shift so he can look for it instead! Looked for the parcel for literally 30 seconds before telling me to leave the store. Horrible customer service, the owner should take attitude towards this.

The eastern European lady with blonde hair, slug looking eyebrows and orange foundation that works behind the till in this store. Every time I go into store to collect or return parcels, she is unnecessarily rude towards me. Hurls abuse at me for a minor inconvenience of not knowing where the label printer was. Massive attitude problem and obviously doesn’t know how the evri returns policy works, as she told me I couldn’t send off my parcel because they don’t accept QR CODES. Someone needs to have a word with her !

Worst service ever . Never visit this store.
The Easter European lady behind the counter is so rude that I feel pity on her. I feel like giving her some cash to learn some basic manners.
Don’t even know what she wants to work which such behaviour . Rather stay at home then spoiling other peoples mood.
Went to store on the 7th/8th Feb.
Couldn’t find the slice bread so asked the lady if any was in stock inside . She rudely replied. Whatever we have is displayed , we don’t keep anything inside to hide.
Totally inappropriate from this sad lady.
She must be really sad in her life .
Next time please donate her some pennies so she can do a crash course on learning manners.

Went in this shop tonight. It was fairly busy, around 14, 16 people. Was so shocked that in this current climate there were only 2 people wearing masks!!!! That's Including myself!!!! And all were served without any questions. Totally disgusted by employee's... One customer gone and I'm sure there will be more!!!! Deservedly so....
