Used it today and found it great. Bought a bottle of pop that wasn’t in the meal deal Jagdish changed it and helped with the refund. Very polite and helpful staff member.

The service is beyond shocking. Today I was shoved to the ground out of the blue by another shopper and the shop assistants were looking on while the guy was raging next to me. They did not even have the courtesy to offer to help me get up from where I fell or apologize. Security was nowhere to be seen on this occasion but they do regularly harass female customers when they are around. This has never happened to me before, let alone in a place of business and I'm rather shaken by the complete lack of initiative or even basic empathy on the part of the staff. The shop is across the street from where I live and very convenient but I feel unsafe to return after this incident. I will take my business elsewhere even if it takes longer to get there. I'd avoid this place like the plague! One star is too much for the service they're offering there.

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews for this Co-op. I've been a regular customer since it opened, and since I live nearby, it's my go-to store. Personally, I've never had any issues with the staff—they’ve always been helpful and courteous. Given that it’s a small store, there are usually only 2 or 3 staff members working, but they manage it well.

In terms of products, the store carries the basics like crisps, tea, coffee, chocolate, and pantry items. They have a single large freezer stocked with essentials like frozen pizza, chips, and ice cream. My only gripe is that an entire aisle is dedicated to alcohol, which might be a reflection of its importance to their sales.

They also offer a small selection of household items, fresh produce, and refrigerated food. All in all, it's a decent neighborhood store, especially if you live close by and need to pick up a few essentials.

This coop had dissapointed me so much today. I came in and bought jam donuts, when i took a bite i found custard! i was so disappointed and let down as when i asked for my jam donuts, you refused and said to get something else. Please fix this thank you

The staff here only seem to be worried about stacking shelves. Customer service is non-existent. There is hardly ever anyone near the checkout area and if you don't hunt them down from somewhere on the shop floor then you don't get served. When you find a staff member their expressions make it clear how annoyed they are at being interrupted. I don't think I have ever heard them utter a word.

Update: they still haven't changed. It has just got worse. They now seem to be focused mainly on shoplifting: treating everyone as a potential thief. I got stalked by the security guard, no bags at the self check-out. Irony is, when the security guard isn't there, it would be super easy to steal since none of the staff pay any attention.

Customer service was horrible. There was 3 people working and as I asked each of them for assistance I was ignored, One sales assistant wearing glasses was extremely rude. The security guard was the only one that helped. They also didn’t know what gravy was….

It was horrific I hated it I’m very disappointed in this coop I bought jam dounuts and inside to my surprise I found custard in the donuts I would rate it 0 but because I had to rate it a one u let me down coop they also made me but Reece’s instead because they didn’t have any donuts I’m so sad but to say the truth but you did have a comeback when the coop worker gave me a free bag it’s still not enough I hope this won’t happen again - Sarah and Sara

Staff are friendly and this is open quite late. This was very handy for me as I was staying at the Hampton hotel nearby. The selection of items is very good for the size of the store. The prices are all reasonable too.
