We shot a wedding at Pembroke Lodge recently and had such a great time. The views from up there are pretty unreal, The venue itself has this lovely glasshouse feel, bright, airy, and full of natural light, which we’re always a fan of. It’s got a classic look but still feels fresh and relaxed, perfect for a laid-back celebration.

The team there were lovely too, super helpful and easy to work with.

It’s a beautiful spot with a view that never gets old. 🙂

[Tip!] If you're visiting just for the wisteria, the bloom typically lasts only from late April to early May—so timing is key!

As a photographer always seeking beautiful spots, I find Pembroke Lodge to be one of the best places in Richmond to enjoy a panoramic view of Richmond Hill while having cream tea.
In spring, the wisteria blooming at the entrance is absolutely stunning, and the surrounding gardens are filled with vibrant flowers. It’s a peaceful and picturesque place, perfect for a relaxing afternoon or a photo session.

Beautiful place visit especially in Spring!
The Butler's Pantry has excellent food! Especially handmade sandwiches I had poach Salmon and dill.
Definitely recommend visiting Pembroke Lodge in the Beautiful Royal Richmond Park.

It’s 3pm. after lunch. Try hot scones with sweet cream and jam with earl grey tea.

Enjoyed a lazy Saturday morning here at their cafe. Warm scones with Cornish clotted cream & bottled strawberry jam. As a set with black coffee, it costed £6.95. The coffee was aromatic too. By the time we arrived around 11am, only indoor seating was available. Drinking tap water is free; just grab a glass next to the cashier and refill

Me and my friend enjoyed the wonderful view at the cafe inside. Half self service. Quiet and elegant place. We have the fruit scone and hot latte sitting by the window side. Toliet is clean and tidy. Price is very fair and reasonable. Such a chill place to drop by having a coffee or royal ice cream! Full of free parking slot!

Visited mid afternoon of a Monday in February. Even so there were queues abut we easily found a table . They were serving meals but we ate earlier and just had a slice of very nice cake. Coffee was good and there were lovely views from the terrace staff friendly and efficient

Always a beautiful spot to stop and watch the world go by. Gardens front and back are always beautifully kept, looking with great interest how the new Rose Garden will look. Will be back in a few weeks for the fantastic display of the Laburnum walk.
Restaurant is wonderful place for food, incredibly tasty.
