I ordered 2 shades from this supplier after finding them via the Internet.
I ordered the shades and did not hear a thing for 2 weeks, I contacted them and they said there was a delay in one of the shades but they would send out the one. They sent out the one shade over 3 weeks ago and again I have heard nothing since then, so i contacted them again, i was assured that the second shade would be with me by the end of the week. This morning i received a package from the supplier addressed to me with 6 plug sockets enclosed, which i guess were sent in error! The shade i ordered over 6 weeks ago now was not in the package delivered. I called the company straight away and was passed from department to department and was told i would get a call back to discuss why i have still not received the item i bought and paid for 6 weeks ago.The shades are for my home abroad and i will be leaving in 4 days, i have still not heard from the company, extremely disappointed.

I placed an order of 49 items on 16 May 2018, an amount of £695.96 was debited to my credit card immediately. For 5 days I heard nothing from this store so I sent an email to inquire the status and I was told that my order would be dispatched on the following day. Another 10 days have passed and I heard nothing, so I sent an email again on 2 June to ask if they have already dispatched my order. The reply I got was:

"Sorry for the wrong information I have gave you the FBNRJ452 is out of stock until the week commencing the 20th of June. Again I am very sorry for the false info."

Till now I have not yet received a final reply from this company telling me what is going to happen with my order. Money for my purchase has been fully paid and the renovation of my new house is expected to complete within the next 7 days. And I sincerely hope my wife and my new born baby won't need to wait for another 3 weeks before we could move into my new house simply because these guys were not irresponsible AND reckon that it would be perfectly ok to keep their customers waiting as long as they like after they have paid for their purchase.

Ordered 11 days ago, part order delivered, remainder of order still not arrived, 3 emails and still no response, can`t finish job now, customer understandably fed up and costing me money. Had been a customer for 5 years, will be going to TLC now where they know how to look after you.

This company is a mes up ordered hamilton sockets and switches after 3 weeks later waiting to receive them I get an email saying the payment didn't go through. They didn't take the payment because they couldn't deliver in 14 days.
Please avoid them at all cost because they will mes you about.

Ordered item on the 6th March, still nothing received on the 17th, called company to be told that they haven't actually got the product and that the supplier hasn't sent it, then promised that I would receive it on the 15th March and still nothing! wouldn't recommend this company if your wanting something in reasonable time especially after paying £6 for delivery!!

I am in the middle of renovating my house and as you can imagine money is tight, after looking around online I came across UK Electrical, they seem to have the best prices for Astro lighting. I ordered four Astro plaster wall lights and the laminia floor light; I love that they suggest which bulbs pair with each light. Couldn't be happier, quick delivery—highly recommended.

Superb! Found this company via an internet search for a hard to find light switch and ended up ordering a number of items. Was unsure at first as items looked great on their website but were pretty cheap in price (always a worry!) Took the plunge though and was VERY pleased to receive GREAT quality products at prices a LOT less than (for example) B&Q. Quick delivery via DPD as well (tracked with a time slot given) ... very impressed, will use again!

Ordered over one month ago. After a few weeks still nothing arrived. Chased them, was promised deliveries a couple of times, then some items out of stock. Eventually got just over half of the order but still waiting on three items (again missed the promised delivery). Will avoid them in future.
