We are about to adopt our first dog from a shelter and having The Dog Store on our doorstep is great. Louise has incredible knowledge, being a dog behaviorist who has worked with dogs for 20+ years. She’s an absolute pillar of the community, as Paws for Coffee by Bushy Park, The Dog Store and Paws Academy are all hers and/or her dad’s. The perfect one-stop-shop for all our dog needs. She gave us really useful information for our first dog, what to buy and how to approach him. We came away with a super cute doggy harness from her shop, and free training snacks for our new dog. Will definitely be back!

Stan correctly guessed everything about my dog before I had even told him. He has a huge wealth of knowledge and experience and so much wisdom to share. I really appreciated his honesty and the reassurance he offered me when it came to providing a diagnosis. He not a man out to make money from people’s misfortune but has a genuine desire to help and is committed to doing so. He has dedicated his life to understanding dogs. It was an honour to have some of his time and I will be forever grateful.

I visited the Dog Store this week with my Rhodesian Ridgeback (Zeus). What a fantastic time he had. The super friendly staff laughed as he sniffed and poked round everywhere. He was rewarded for his nosiness with air dried dog treats. He had to sample each one to see which he preferred.
In my 36 years of owning dogs I must say the Dog Store is on of the best stocked shops. Certainly out of the top drawer.
Zeus returned home with a large bag of air dried beef and a lovely new dog blanket. I am sure he will be returning very soon

I contacted Stan Rawlinson about concerns over my two dogs diet, and he quickly got back to me with some suggestions. I have already put those in place and I am very grateful that he was kind enough to respond as I do not live close enough to visit his store. He is doing great work, in many areas, to see that our dogs live healthy and happy lives.

A wonderful shop, well stocked with good nutritional treats and dog food. Stan was there when I visited and helped me with my dog pulling on her lead. Wow!!! What an incredible man, he has such a beautiful calm way with dogs. A fabulous shop with lovely helpful friendly staff.

A hugely impressive store. All the wares are clearly carefully selected to provide healthy food and safe and clever training tools for your dog. If you are lucky enough to meet Stan and hear what he has to say about your dog that's a bonus. Well worth the trip to Hampton!

I had high expectations and was excited for a local pet store to support. The members of staff they were sarcastic and rude. Was a very negative customer experience. clearly they don't train their staff because the information that they were trying to give would have endangered my puppy I recommend any loving pet owner to stay away from this store. I hope your store gets shut down soon because there is no place for you in this market with your negative misinformed members of staff that carry themselves like they've got their qualifications off the back of a cereal packet. It would not hurt if your members of staff learn basic customer service skills a simple hello and goodbye. Maybe don't let your staff chew chewing gum in front of customers it's disgusting I hope you take this review on board have a good Christmas 🎄 🙂
